Quick answer

Indian passport holders can visit Hong Kong visa-free for up to 14 days, but only after completing free online Pre-arrival Registration (PAR) before travel. One successful PAR is valid for six months and allows multiple visits of up to 14 days each. If PAR cannot be completed, or you want to stay longer than 14 days, you must apply directly to the Hong Kong Immigration Department for a visa (HK$330 fee on approval, normally about four weeks to process).
