Quick answer
Azerbaijan issues tourist visas online through the official ASAN Visa portal (evisa.gov.az), and the Azerbaijan Embassy in New Delhi directs travellers there. A standard e-visa is issued within 3 working days for USD 20, an urgent one within 3 hours for USD 60, and a single-entry e-visa allows a stay of up to 30 days. Check that your nationality is on the portal's official list before applying. Indians living in a Gulf country with a residence permit valid for more than 6 months can get a visa on arrival at Azerbaijan's airports.
